Easy to book, and easy to communicate with the hotel prior to check in. We walked with suitcases from the train station to the hotel, so it is quite close. Check in was smooth, room was great, but unfortunately the noise from other rooms was quite loud hence the 3/5 If there was no noise it would have been a 4/5.

Hotel very clean and in a great location. I can’t give this hotel anymore than 2 stars as the noise on both nights was absolutely unacceptable. Whatever time the rooms around or above you are awake, this will be your wake up call. The noise from people moving around is impressive and constant. A real shame as this led to both nights being completely exhausting.

The hotel is well located, not far from the station and close to the river, old town and restaurants. The room is small but modern and clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a glass wall in the bathroom but the curtain easily pulls across to provide complete privacy. We can't comment on breakfast as we didn't eat at the hotel. Just note that the rooftop seating area is only for those who book the upstairs suite.

I had a pleasant experience here. The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Zurich.Lake Zurich and the Fraumünster Church are within walking distance. I had an early train to catch, The Zurich central station was just a short walk away from the hotel. The property itself is well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating but still there is a room for improvement. The room was comfortable. Room size is small but well occupied. They have lovely spread of breakfast. I do recommend this place for a short stay.

What a find! Great location in the center of the busy old town. Very nicely appointed rooms. Perfect and fast Check-in. Quiet, Modern, Well-decorated lobby. Friendly Staff.A small hotel not to be missed.
